The problem with reading motorola MC9S12XHZ384

Motorola wants to read MC9S12XHZ384 XprogM 5.3 but does not work
Seat Mii is a dash or VW Up
I have a description does not work but does anyone have any idea?

I got Orange 5 (Clone), Xprog 5.5.1 (Clone) i can update/flash to 5.5.5 and have USB-UPA 1.3 (clone) and just without problem read Orange 5, but Orange 5 detect Secured protection, and bassicly Orange doesn`t support Secure Chips (i think), reading both memory (eeprom and flash), but eeprom every time with little diffrent content.

In software There is option to UNSECURE but procedure of this is Erase Eeprom, Erase Flash, Boot and then UNSECURE... but i need first read all data.

Xprog 5.5.1 with adapter 1-002-0017 with connected EXTAL (12 cm cable twisted witg GND), and external power supply doesn`t want boot and detect chip, of course tried lift up reset, BKGD and EXTAL but steal without lucky.

USB-UPA 1.3 doesnt have to choose script MC9S12XHZ384, it is MC9S12XHZ256 and MC9S12XHZ512 but not MC9S12XHZ384

No one helps? Have now urgent and emergency situation. Cluster not show nothing on the screen. Just backlight... it is possible broke s9mething inside flash or eeeprom.when tried boot chip using ipa or xprog... or when.i read orange 5?.


Any one have dump flash? Or eeprom.as well. Maybe i try unsecure using orange 5 but need correct dump. Cluster is 1ST920960L

I do this before, i desolder resistor 1k and wired was soldered streight to pin Reset... will double check maybe is under chip some circuit, but not desoldered bkgd, should helps?

P.s have someone Script to USB-UPA 1.3. For.this chip.. om the list is 256 and 512 but not 384
