i receive immo piaggio Magneti Marelli Miu1 to make key but affter reading the ST10269-T3 with tmpro i have check file no data incide file

the support say its can be brand new unit !!

how to solve this problem !! can i do immo Off in this type of immo module or i can flash another file with immo data in the ST10269-T3
