Bad cam sensors can cause limp mode. Because you're getting codes for both, I would look at wiring diagram to see if there is a common circuit that would affect both, like a bad ground. Also look for rubbed through harness to the cam sensors.

Look up the DTC setting criteria: A faulty sync, eventually due to a bad cmp sensor, can cause loss of torque signal, without this no ABS/stability etc. Just check the condition that willset this code and move on.

Put an in-cylinder-pressure transducer on to verify timing.

If not tell the customer the tractor has been abused as post #3,
then charge him a lot of hours so he can go the duck out with his abused tractor,
suggest him to place an heavy rock on the throttle and do an heavy downhill with multiple rolls.
Jeep are not cars, excavator are more confortable and environmental friendly.
