help if can i read this ecu bdm
hi to all
please i have hammer h3 year 2003 ecu demage
i get anther ecu from scrap but naw i need program its to car . the problem i dont have tool can do that like tach2
naw i need ask if i can read ecu bdm to copy data from anther car to this ecu ?

i cant open becose the ic and cpu in snther said and if u need opn need remove all pins its to hard
