Toyota Yaris d4d edc16 EGR and DTC OFF Please

Hi Guys!Yaris .zip

I have a problem with Toyota Yaris 2006 1.4D. Ecu is edc16. MT.

Bosch 0 281 012 322 ; sw1037383065

-First problem is in auto P0487 (EGR throttle Position Control Circuit) , i buyed new egr but i have still same DTC.
-Secunde i cloned the ECU and still same problem.
-I checked all instalation and it OK.
-I try to remove EGR with winols ...and it same.
-Can someone check my file?
-Or i need good bdm file .
