Why don't you say anything when you ask for some support?
but when buying are there?
It would be good to have a support-support, since some cars the programming precesses are different.
but they try Donkey for not knowing. They believe that one must have an intellect like Albert Einstein.
When something bad happens, the culprit is one, never the team.
When will the developers really think about the user, not filling their bank accounts?

I understand your point of view, but there is something you are not looking at.
The updates or purchases you make are for the year, not for the next.

Yes i understand, will i get one year update if i buy on 01.11.2019 till 01.11.2020. If yes i will purchase this tool, but if i pay now 1490€ and i have updates till end of 2019 i will not buy. That's it

Colleagues here are right, you need to buy in january to benefit of one year updates. If you buy now you have updates until december this year. It's all clearly stated on their web page.

it was just one of many examples of experience with Smok, if you buy expensive equipment, you hope to get quality, it turned out that Chinese blockers for $ 10 proved to be better.

bought my xtool in october 2018 and kermol gave 2019 update free also, so you do need to somehow speak to him or wait for him to respond

with mileage tools support is non existent, if you need support better not buy the tools

smok, elprosys, enigma, xtool have 0% support but most of what they sell works which is the positive

for me personally smelecom have good support, especially the UK agent
dashcoder also meant to have good support(dont have it so cant say 100%)

You are right, but x-tool cost it's 40% as smok full, 20% as enigma.
I have smok for psa, volvo and vw, but for eeproms, airbag new renault/dacia at now I use x-tool, if I bought at now must working.

I didn't want to buy on x-tool.eu after what I read here. but I also don't know where to buy I have a lot of urgency and Mr. kermol doesn't answer neither whats up nor skype nor email. I do not know what to do :/

Maybe better to look at other tools

in your opinion - he should always be healthy and only answer a lot of stupid and bad questions.

I've sent quite a few problems to kermol but he hasn't answered in a long time. I'll just copy paste last message I sent him:
