Use GlobalTis and flash the ECU with "no egr" version.
Or try this, but if something goes wrong, the ECU becomes unusable!

How to find out which version in global tis without egr ???

There is a scroll menu with options...
When you start the procedure you will see.

this is from 1.6 16v, i have 1.6 8v, i'm looking flash to write with fg54 because i'dont have global tis now

Sorry mate, i can't help you with this... and don't know is there a genuine flash for that car without EGR.
