problem with ccc bmw E60

hello
i have a problem with that car
it?s nice if some one could help with that
when car is turn on the screen from the ccc turn on and show the BMW letters and not go to the next screen to menu it stay all the time with bmw on screen
i notice the joystic not give the tipical clicks when we turn around
could be a problem with the joystic or ccc?
the car not have any sound from radio
accept cds but not play

Did you try with diagnostic tool see if any fault on sound system?
You could remove,open joystick and clean it with a circuit cleaner (ex. Anti flux )

your CCC unit is dead now, replace with other or find someone who can resolder BGA chips inside unit
