This P0403 mean "wiring, EGR solenoid, open circuit".
I've not deleted the DTC, i've only deactivated EGR control (i hope)... So, may be monitoring of the EGR solenoid circuit is still alive...
Please explain full story. The EGR is blanked with plate, but is still connected, or is not... or... etc...
Have you looked at live data before and after my file, ECU control the EGR valve?
