Default Opel Zafira PSG16 - how to operate glow plugs even with warm engine

    Dear all,
I have this Zafira 2.0DTI with engine Y20DTH and PSG16 ecu. Car runs good but when I park with warm engine, after 10/15mins starting up engine needs 10 sec or more. I tried unplugging coolant temperature sensor to simulate cold engine, and this starts perfectly. I would need to extend functionality and time of glow plugs in order to make them work even with warm engine.

Does anybody know the address for glow plugs operation time basing on engine temperature?

    Thanksy20dth.zip

Battery is new and starter works perfectly with cold engine so it is ok. I know probably problem is not preglow but I need to make this "trick" as customer wants to spend few money as possible.
