    I am still using the same image that I used for Sat only, but have added C Tuners (DM8000 2xSat 2xCable). My image is from Oozoon and yes I had the same problem as you with epg for cable. If you read the posts on open pli you will see that the rytec sources have been changed....and for a reason that is explained on there. When you say you tried updating as per openpli forum...what exactly did you do ?
