Chrysler or Jeep program key by dump?

Hi Friends,

I have a situation where mechanic probably erased all keys from the Chrysler WIN module (immobilizer) of a 2012 Chrysler 200. That WIN was bad so he got a new one from the dealership.

We want to reused the old fobik keys and I thought I could just copy the dump but I found out there is no key in the original dump.

Can I simply insert the 8 bit from page0 and insert into the dump 3 locations?

Or I would need the pass also?
