Question Auto search and save without holding down remote on Technomate TM3300

    Hi,

I have a Technomate Tm3300 and under the motorised setup would like to do an auto search and save without having to hold down remote and go east and west and then fine tune.

    Is this possible ?

    2nd question.

Is it possible to go into some debug mode on these boxes so I can see what the receiver is seeing when I get a signal ?

    Awaiting your replies.

    Thanks

    Pat

Use usals! Its universal satellite automatic location system.

This using Maths will automatically try and locate the satellites if your Motor install is accurate!

Read the Rules here; they apply to Everyone.

If you press the blue button while you are viewing any channel it will show the signal quality, you can adjust E or W but only on 1.2 if on usals it will reset to where it was on exit. To fine tune on usals you must adjust in the motorised section in the menu, only adjust the longitude about 0.2 at a time. I think "jackpot" has done a thread on it.
