Kindly advise, apart from the six muratas, what else do I need to change on mine?

Another one please. Will I be able to fit the original muratas? Is it enough room for one?

You should do the complete rework on your unit (this would be my advice to you)...
About the murata filters "room", honestly i can´t tell you because i dont know the distance you have between pads...

It has 8GB class 10 SD card. Should I replace with Kingston 4GB class 4?

Please also advise if the bellow two are any better. Does it need the complete rework?

Sd card should be good quality... even if it says calss 10, remember, that its China (they mark anything they want)
Regarding the rework, you sould always consider to do it because its china stuff... you never know...

i use hot air to desolder...
some of them i use the hot air ro solder but other i use solder iron...

today I received this same pcb. I don't think filters can be installed because there is no pad distance

No, you definitly can not solder the murata filters on your pcb. Not without some "extensions" for the pads (i used some parts i took from a normal SD-card)
