Answering myself, the product doesn't match what the seller offers.
I think this is a pretty bad board, not just bad board but missing components...
The sticker of Kess wasn't even there, you can put it of you want

You can have a look in my pcb an check if your one is similar to my. I think this one i have is a good one, no Problems by reading and writing a few ECUs.

But i also think that rework is also a good way to get a safer working device.

But i still realy dont know which components are really important to Change.

Driver not installed, broken USB chip or KTAG is dead.

Problem solved.
Just reboot computer and K-TAG woke up.
Maybe many times i connect-disconnect K-TAG for experiments with SD-card and USB port is locked.
Old idiot + Windows XP = problem.
