The effect of performance is negligible. USB3 also did not speed up reading and writing.

honestly, i dont think it would improve much...
unless you are using a very old laptop/computer....

Guys i need some help:
I´m trying to read a VW ECU ME7.5 (Golf 1.8 Turbo) with Ktag but i´m allways getting "CheckSum Error" and i cant gat this reading done...
Already tried ksuite 2.23 and 2.25, also installed C++ from ksuite and 2008, 2015-2019 version and still same result...
Any idea what could be the issue?
Now, this Ktag unit i´m using is not reworked (but has the murata filters)... (still couldn´t get all componets to rework this unit)
Could it be because it doesnt have the rework?

hi 2000 was a round year .computors had some problems if they could calc date right .2010 was another year ... 2020 was a interesting year . so lets make 2021 the best year ever mates ... adapt and make it work ...
So no pb.s

Hi all,

I got a kess (china of course) and could you tell me what bits need to be reworked, I was thinking all of it (like list on 1st page says) but this unit looks a bit different, hence my question.
I'd really appreciate your feedback.

Hi i have Audi A4 B7 2.5 TDI 163PS and i have problem with kess v2 2.53. i not reading ecu soft. I have info info "warning unkown ecu for a correct procedure you must send log files and reading to the technical support.Proceed anyway?" I click yes i have error. My Audi year 2005 BDG ECU code

Even if you choose the right Engine code in Kess, it could be that your ecu is another one. Try another protocol, maybe it will help you. Or you have to rework.
