That error can be related to the SD card but also related to the drivers in your PC/Laptop...
I had that error also and in my case was drivers related....
If you want to do the SD card from scratch, check here in DK the thread for the SD card creation...
You can try to do that to see if it helps...

Another thing is that if you remove and install several times the SD card it can be that some pins dont have good connections to SD card and it can give you error....

Second differences is black parts near murata filters, they are marked T014, org and other pcb have them green marked something like Xl4 parts RF1, RF3,RF4,RF5. On my both kess, ktag. Everything else is the same. Maybe someone knows names of these parts cant find it.

st - L96138013TR (this one on my kess is already ST, do chinese make replicas?)
