As I understand support is only when you want to buy. If you have problems then I do not know anyone.
Everything is clear with this company
Hi there
I have a VW Shurlock ECU with ST10F269. I soldered VVDI prog wires and i Read Chip ID. But when I press read then it Identifies the chip correctly but won't read the data. It give READ ERROR.
so looks like purchasing 35080 adapter was waste of money?
Some people think official support means "TRAINING"
Ahh nice move.
Me and raimi.s and other members of another forum have serious problem with the vvdi programmer. I mean not working at all not "TRAINING" blabla.
I personally contacted the Samic and asked help in PM and here in the DK. But no answer at all. Raimi.s too still nothing
But let's play if you have working solution i'll pay for you a reasonable amount via paypal for the "TRAINING" If you not pls don't be a smartass
You can check here my steps to solve this problem:

Sir, are you classified as human? Negative, I am a meat popsicle
Got mine the other day, connected it to pc which has VVDI2 software already installed.
Worked fine and didn't need to install any drivers.
Tried it on another laptop and installed drivers from Windows update automatically, again seems to work fine.
One thing to try....uninstall old software and install VVDI2 software, this will also install the ftdi drivers. After software install finished, plug in the vvdi prog and see if yellow light flashes?
At me on Windows Xp all perfectly works
