it's playing with the crystal resonator freq and/or the power supply Strickly follow the pinouts and forget your multimeter, cable changing (lenght) just use and accept it

It's connected to a GND pad near the CLK signal.

Anyone with a solution to repair vvdiprog with only a solid red led and not being detected by the software. But when you use the update tool you can get serial number and frame ware version. Anyway to do reflash of this device?

Anyone tried to read Porsche BCM 1L15Y/1N35H/5M48H recently?

We can find on this forum that some people got serious problems with corrupting data while reading or after reading the data.

Is it still scary to read?

For example BMW 5M48H/1N35H reading works very good so I guess Porsche should also be fine... (?)

So if you can change Id it's named "emulator".
