Hi i just discovered a problem with the M95320 memory verification is related to firmware 4.9.5.
The wrong file is verified as correct.
Explain that.
Did you read in circuit first, then removed it?
Only then you can be sure a 100%.
Reading in circuit, takes skills, and experience.
Read in circuit, then safe! Only then you verify.
If verify is ok, remove clamp, reatached clamp, and Read one more time.
If there are verify issues, lower voltage range from 2.75 to 3.75v.
I know a lot of interesting facts, many years in my profession.
On version 494 it is ok 495 wrong

Hi,
I tried to read the data flash from R7F701330 mcu with my VVDI Prog but not success well.
It read 94kb but data flash is only 64kb.
In contrast it can read the code flash well.
I tried to read it with SW 4.9.4 and 4.9.5 also.
Do anybody have any idea?
Thank you
BR

Update:
Problem solved.
This mcu's data flash is devided
It has data flash 1 (64kb)
and data flash 2 (32kb)
The VVDI Prog can read these in one block and it is 96kb.

interesting when Xhorse gonna finally sort problem with the main VVDI Prog exe file. My antivirus time after time deletes it. sometimes feeling like I`m using cracked software. btw using kaspersky
Or the safer way - just add their software in AV exclusions.
