friend,im not sure what do you mean about TAG ID, maybe you mean:read data by other device,the data memory size is 64kb,but VVDI PROG read only 32 kb,right?
if so,you can open VVDI PROG folder----TOOL---load VVDI PROG dump to ‘V850 Dflash format conversion tool’ and coverte.
but for this chip the valid data memory size only 32kb,another added 32kb is invalid data.
