Now I know why probably I coulnd't read Porsche BACKUP 2M25J, it was exactly the same 98% and chip crack failure. I don't have balls to play more with Porsche BCM and try to force unlock so I refused a job, it was need to add extra key, not AKL.
If we leave the procesor without locking(sigurite set) does the bcm work after that or need to set sigurite bit

    8) BCM-1N35H-R/W/UNLOCK - writing a new D-flash file and P-Flash_backup to BCM: result is successful
    9) LOCK the chip: result is successful

The job is done, but I decided to check and tried to read the backup again.

Why such unstable work with this processor mask? Why was the BACKUP reading successful only the first time on virgin BCM? Why after successful programming and LOCK chip I can't read the backup? This job is like walking through a minefield!

P.S.: I'll think twice about whether it's worth taking on such work in the future.
    Does the car its starting?

Need to set lock bit. But this is a 50/50 lottery game.
Check with the dealer how much the new BCM and keys will cost (and probably VTS). And then decide whether to contact this car. Good luck

    Greetings.

I am trying to write anything to st 35080-3 chip, but totally not possible. I am using VVDI D80 adapter. I am able to read the chip, but when i try to write anything.. VVDI prog in logs write 100write succesfull, but when I read it again. there are still "0" everywhere. Any hints?

Not all 35080 will be erased through the vvdi prog adapter. But if the erase is successful, the write is possible 100% OK
The system needs to be cleared FF
After that, he was saved with 100% success.
You just have to remember that not all of them can be cleaned.

VVDI prog is unable to read and write HC908AZ60A (2j74y) flash, eeprom is ok, but when i read flash always have read error(00) at 99%. Do you check and repair this problem. I wrote to support few times in last two years but without effects. I like this programmer and have few others devices from VVDI but this is very irritatiing me when i need to get other programmer to programm this chip. I checked adresses with HC908 datasheet and flash adresses is wrong.

And you can tell which other programmer you use.

What? that is strange. VVDI didnt mentioned this. The funny part is.. that VVDI wrote 100% write . no errors. no issues.. nothing.
but reading will always show data full of zeros "0" .

Maybe you have a problem on the 35080 adapter side. Mine writes and erases OK, sometimes it has a problem with erasing the chip installed in the bmw meters.
But I take a new chip and it's okay.

    STM32F205ZGT6

    There are some stm32xx listed.
Will we be able to to these.

To upgrade firmware in cdp interfaces

i did order a usb stprog, but from drowning in progs, programs and drivers, i pref it to be in vvdiprog.
