program Not find Device, please check USB connection and USB driver

and the other doesn’t work, just glows red led!!

Probably the battery is dead. Did you try to install it on another computer or on a fresh Windows?

thanks for the answer, on both programmers the battery is empty, when I recharged the battery the battery program recognized it, but on the other I changed the battery it still doesn't work, only the red light is on, the yellow light is not on and the computer does not recognize usb

You can't change the battery. It is a protective design. When the battery dies the device memory gets deleted.

When I open cover my VVDI prog one of contact the buttery is not good solder. I think my memory gets is deleted. (

what is this for a crap design? so if battery is dead the programmer can go to garbage can..
shipping to china is no option as it to long gone or seller will not reply

Not true. Just contact Xhorse support. They always fixed this for free. Except for the freight and Customs cost.

Trying to read a 2001 w203 EIS 1J35D .
have soldered(both sides) like vvdi prog picture and using v3 cable for this. but still it wont crack it. and read it.
can anyone help me ?
