EGR Ford Mondeo 2.0 TDCI 130cv

Could someone make me EGR Off in MPC555 file of Ford Mondeo 2.0 TDCI 130cv N7BA engine, 2006 year?
Ecu is Delphi 6S71-12A650-HB_H5N14H20_CD132_9
I upload 3 differents files, one readed with FGtech by OBD, other readed with FGtech by BDM and las readed with BDM100.
