Default peugeot 508 electronis steering lock error

Hi, Car stop working after body shop, I have communicate on dash : turn steering to unlock steeering lock. I don't have 12v after ignition so I remove steering lock, open it and there are wheel with teeth which are read by the sensor which control 12v dc motor and unlock/lock steering. Some teeth was broken and lock not turn I repair this and car RUN but I want to change this mechanical part from second used one. After this I have communicate: electronic ignition error and car stopped working I back many times and manually set this whele in different position but not luck.
There is eprom 95040 and near32pin mcu 72F56L or 72F561. I want to clone or virgin this steering but how?

    Please help
    Adam

If you have no EEPROM reading tools take to local car radio decoder shop or milage IN-correction shop for them to copy e2p

I repair electronic about 15years so I have eprom programer mr Meat... I am asking about clone or virgin this unit. I copy eprom but still have message about damage electric steering lock on original and bought motherboard. I have wiring diagram but there are only 3wires shows about lock plug, in car there are 5wires. Two wires go to Bsi, another two are gnd and 12v and the last I don't know.

I take oryginal diagbox peugeot. Don't show about what is its position : lock or unlock. I can't test this lock because show error. There aren't errors in memory and identyfication works ok. When I go to program (i have pin immo) diagbox said that unit is programed so I can't do this once again. I fill with 00 and FF and check. Thanks for reply!

Take a good look at the 'new' mechanical part you replaced, maybe is not all mechanical...

All ESL I've seen got switches for lock/unlock position...micro switches, hall sensors, don't know in your case...
Never seen one of those before,
post a picture with the mechanism
A failure will not appear till a unit has passed final inspection

I fill "00" but unit not known and I can't program it, after pin code enter shows error about decryption.
I repair this broken ESL for the first time and car run but when I change motherboard to secong mechanical car shows: damaged esl. I put back and the same. Meat-Head what do you mean about "magnet"?

Hall effect sensor will only give an output when it sees a magnet.

If you think it as a sensor for speedo meter once it sees a magnet gives a pulse, guess that does to say locked or unlocked.

try holding a magnet near sensor try again.

can you activate the lock with diagbox?

In original eprom diagbox shows lock position invalid or unknown but in empty eprom: statement of re-initiation attempt, something like that. In both dump I can't activated lock. I post photo of this lock.

Ok pretend your in a factory downtown you have 10000 to assamble before you go home.

is there any arrows on the wheels? End line?

tape the sensor to the magnet leave motor hanging save 3 lines off EEPROM 000 rest, if no good push it out and torch it
