If you will move the second row one step than GND will be PIN8- DSO!!!!

So easy check if your PIN6 is GND and PIN2 and PIN9 are connected to 12V

I have on the trash on ECU EDC16 which somebody connected to BDM using #6!!!
    Now it is dead!
ive used both variants using bdm100 no problem --- see your point tho
seems fgtech has the gap... never cared for fgtech (BDM)

Fgtech is the same as genuine EVC BDM100. The BDM100 clonse is not really a BDM100, it's an old CMD clone. CMD sends power from the BDM connector, EVC/FGtech don't.

    Thanks guys,

the ECU is definitely working (as of yet) even after the harassment it's been through with the opening (my very first one) and trying to read out with a nonfunctional KTag

I've just checked the Chinese CD and it has a folder "update BDM100 to V1255"
    Would it be any help?

Guys How is connected GND pin? I dont want to use chiness adapters... I want to connect it directly..but. I Will connect galletto directly to 12V, then connect 12V, 12v IGN to BDM but what with GND? Must connect GND to pin 5 on galleto BDM out or connect GND to external power supply ? Or both together? (So I must use same power supply) Thanks.

    Hi,

I had the same questions and found some sources:
    http://blog.obd2express.co.uk/wp-con...-pin-out-4.jpg
    https://e-a.d-cd.net/f73b144s-960.jpg

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kynXjan7O0Q

in the yt-video you can see that the pinouts should be correct because it's working.
