    Default 2007 Mondeo Abs unit swap?

    Hi can someone help me I have swapped ABS units in a 2007 mondeo with same part number and now car dose not start, can this second hand unit be programed?

    I dont see why it should stop it starting even with it disconnected car should start, scan all modules to see what else is stored

    On newer ford's the abs module is part of the immobiliser system. Can be easily recoded..

    yes IDS can do it, you will need a duel in code
