Hello friends! I have a problem with the software "V54 for 0475 Win all." I'm with Win7 Os. Of ten attempts to start the program it runs only once. I get the following error. Can anybody help me to resolve the problem? Thanks!

I have bought a chinese clone V54 latest claimed 2017 version. I have done all the tricks possible to make this tool work. I have written n number of ept files till now, followed all the different processes like setting the system date to 1/1/2013 , installing correct drivers and what not. But this tool does not budge. When i connect to any of the cars the software opens properly, it shows tool no 0386, it shows correct voltage. But when i select the driver and try to connect to any of the cars it throws an error as shows in the picture
Attention!! Send File C:\FGTECH\EOBD2_LOG\_ebod2_XXXXXX_ERR.gal to support@fgtechnology.it

I have been breaking my head over this tool since 5 days now without any success. I have not done any hardware changes yet. I have ordered a USB to TTL converter to write MCP with 0475 version now. But i doubt if that will work for me.

Request all the senior members and expert to please help me on this.

I followed all the software changes suggested by Fantomel in the opening post. My tool now shows 0475 and when i open the 0475 version EOBD2 i see correct voltages etc. But still my tool cannot read any ecus

I am trying only through OBD port, i do not need BDM feature. Can someone please point out what controls read thru OBD and why i get the error mentioned in the above post

Thanks a lot Dadal and gavts , i changed the USB cable. the connectivity to the outer casing was missing. Now the tool works perfectly. The best part is now its 0475 version. Was able to read and write a Delphi DCM 3.2 ECU

if yours still 0386 firmware it will not work with the software you have installed . need to either flash it with 0475 fw or try running aes version on it which i personally never tested that on win 10 system
