not work, EGR DTC is still active and engine don't have enough power.

Did you clear dtcs and disconnected egr valve?

yes, dtcs clean and egr disconnected

Attempting key decision and disconnecting the socket of the EGR , I think it not will work. Stops the turbine and valve

Yes you are right, is active 4% but the vacuum is weak and can not open the EGR . Funny how none file does not work for you
