Mercedes W204 2008 with new age 2013 LED lights coding help needed pls

hi guys
as per title

i have a W204 on a 2008
ive gotten hold of a set of 2013 LED rear lights and installed them

now if youve done this yourself you will know they dont quite work right
in that the break lights are always on dim but still work when you press the break
and the right fog light is constantly on dim but still works when you pull the switch out
and no left side fog ligth at all.

i have the document for coding in the rear sam
but after doing these changes now my fog lights dont come on at all period

does anyone in the UK have the correct settings for the rear sam variant coding page please

has the car scheme with LED and without LED?
see if the Pin out of the rear lights are the same.
