Hi all

I try to read mcu HC08 2J74Y (dashboard nissan terrano2) using carprog + A10. EEPROM i can read write OK, but the FLASH part no. Carprog make initialize boot loader and read nothing, when i try write, carprog say erase failed.
Can someone help me fixt this problem?

In codecard website you cay buy A20 adapter...and unsolder 2j74y...I did it with this solution and works well 20170322352.jpg this is my clone ver 8.21 and he do 95% things

Yes i know, but i think the problem is inside carprog. A20 adapter cant solve my problem.

can you give more details, and make a pic from your pcb ? where are these componenst that be changed ?

Yes i change all 4 IC to 74HCT125D. But the capacitor and rezistor may be not. (SS14 is capacitor or diode?)

some people says 74HCT125D is correct and others says 74HC125M is correct !! which one is true?

I dont know. I change for 74HCT125D, but motorola mcu and 24xx dont work. But i my case is another one problem.

Sorry not capacitor SS14 ONLY diode.after when you swap this diode you can do programing and other things without 12+ except motorola (when need 12+) I use HC125M from texas instruments and every carprog work great..do not use 125d!!! it is bad solution.. Yes i will do few pic PCB and I will share here ok? maybe today..

My clone comes with 74HCT125D from Philips (?). Please upload pics with some info of your mods. Thanks!

can you also read motorola HC05 ? i tried to day atempt 1.2.3...5 and nothing ! I have also hct125D on board...maybe after replace can i also read hc05

I have to day tried to read ( immobox of Golf3 in circuit ) HC05B6 mask 0F10V 4x13 legs, I cant see any info in de manual about cutting of some legs from pcb.
i will order 125M from TI

Immo box golf 3 has PLCC52 motorola..You can't lift any legs from PCB Beter unsolder it and you should use xprog hc05 PLCC52 adapter and will be fine try and You will see bro
