    I try it with software but without succes. "No device attached".. What I need to do now ?!

    Reflash you mcu with working firmware 4.1 or 4.74 and see !

    You mean the firmware in the pdf in first post is wrong? Can you give me working .bin file

    yes you are right they change SN in adress 00009B40
    But also those minor bytes (see pic)? why they do it for what benefit ? the old 4.74 work well ?

    i use this one v4.74 without problem ,try it & see if you still have "no device attached" then probably your mcu is damage.
    but you must be sure you have program and verify successfully your mcu...
