    Default Digiprog 3 issue in toyota

    hi, i have a digiprog 3 v 4.88 and i want to correct milleage on a toyota hilux and toyota 4runner
    I dont have these models in my digiprog but i have another ones like land cruiser in wich the chip is the same
    so my question is how can i read those chips?
    is there another way to correct mileage?

    I think his problem is he doesn't know how to read them with Digi, as in connections. If he posts what year we can direct him to a solution.

    Hi, my problem is when I disolder chip 93c66 on the 4runner 2005 cluster and put it on the digiprog I can read the correct mileage and also can write it selecting Hilux c66 or land Cruiser c66 but when I put the cluster back in the car the odometer doesnt roll up. Only the trip meter but the odometer doesnt change

    I dont have the 4runner model on my digiprog. I hace 4.94 version. I want to know if someone had the same problem or any posible solution

    Hi here is the original dump file, it has 176.425 km, I need 92.510 km, is a 2007 toyota 4runner I attach pictures of the cluster and chip too

    Write in the red bytes into your file

    Im sorry can you tell me what software are you using to modify the dump? Its the first time I need to do it this way so I dont have much information about how to.

    I'm using a Hex Editor to modify the file mate...I'm assuming rightly or wrongly here that you know what that is....

    Use yours to write the bytes that I've changed into your file and save it...Then write that edited file back to your eeprom.....sorted

    Get Hex Editor Neo free edition, it should work fine for you right now.

    Then edit the file like Johnner posted.

    If you're going to keep doing this you will have to learn sometime.

    Thank you so much. I already downloaded ponyprog and tachosoft and I am right now testing and programing a Renault megane 24c04 chip editing the dump file with my digiprog

    I made it succesfully so tomorrow I am calling back the 4runner customer and see what happens with that one. I already edited the dump like Johnner posted
