Tell us what is on the label?serial ,product ,manufacturer.etc.

i guess is premium 7 MEX
1k0 035 161C or D by Delphi

Maybe 24c16 inside ,you must read it and upload dump here.

Sorry, it did not work out, this is why the error come, I am trying to change the instrument panel, I have being able to transfer the data from the old panel to the used panel I got from junk yard or second hand dealer, but the radio display CODE, now when I put back the old panel, this code issue does not come on, but the old panel is faulty, so now that I have changed it, I need to get the radio work.... please help

I have checked inside the radio PCB, but there is no such IC number as 24C16

please someone help, how do deal with this...
