The key programming said it was successful but car did not even crank.
Tango confirmed the ISN was incorrect.

The DME was read in the car and on the bench, both times the incorrect ISN was given.
Problem solved by repairing a damaged key and using that to decrypt the CAS.

Still waiting on support to contact me from my last issue, I think we are up to 5 weeks now.
Maybe they are still on holiday...
if you want technical support from our team you need to contact them either via skype(microtronik@outlook.com) or email.we understand you do before but it was during holidays now without contacting them please don't complaint here.you can see everywhere how our team support customers on various technical issues.
For the above mentioned issue did you programmed key with autohex and was the key showing in key learning option 1 as YES in slot.by reading your post i believe you already programmed key using autohex and if the isn was wrong in dme autohex will never allow you to program key if all key lost on cas3+.for your technical doubts please contact support in skype for fast reponse.

Yes, I read the ECU in the car with no working keys and it gave the ISN.
I then used that ISN to program a new key using the option of no working keys available.
The programming went through and Autohex said it was successful but the ELV would not unlock and the keys was not recognised ( the remote did work however).
I then removed the ECU and read it on the bench and Autohex gave me the same ISN.

When I tried to use that ISN with Tango, it would not decrypt the CAS, the ISN is invalid.

I have another car, EXACTLY the same tomorrow and I will try again.
If I have issues I will contact support by Skype.
make sure you restore cas in cas firmware option once you finish the job if you downgraded cas .also check from key learning option 1 key showing YES in slot.even after this if the elv fault persist you can give a try for unplug and connect battery negative.yes for tech doubts we really recommend you to go for skype option

Their tool keeps ~~~~in up and I will keep telling everybody about it when it does.

With new AVDI ISN reading released today and Xhorse coming shortly I will be sure to compare all 3 and let people know.
Autohex is the most expensive BMW only tool but it is far from perfect.
In fact, it's the only tool I own that has not paid for itself and I have had it for years.

Thanks for your input Fallen, tho Abrites has failed on 3 F series in a row on spare keys.
So £1000 wasted update as i see it - which should of gone towards Autohex

Sure u know but be careful reading ECU ISN without working key if it does flashing, as i lost power and ECU wiped.
Really backups ideally should be done like CAS. Learned alot that day.
Don't know how autohex does it - but know nothing 100% safe
