If you do not know what means Read Eeprom , then You better walk a way form that car before you end up with BRICK in your hand and asking how I remove DEF form dash.

i try to add new key for one bmw f21 1er 2012 year with manual transmission on bench with vvdi2. When i read fem in vvdi2 tool come this message "Warning Curent version not support please perform program FEM operation with BMW Esys software first" software 0000155E_004.103.070





After that i connected FEM, key, cluster, elv in fem test platform and i try to flash fem module with esys. When the procedure start i have this error in esys "Ignation not activated (clamp 15 off)".


Can you help me how to solve this problem?

The car is 500km from me.


I wake up FEM with the switch from test platform (i can read Fem with esys on bench and i can make coding).


The problem is only when i try to update flash Error"Ignation not activated (clamp 15 off)"


I connected all components on bench but no success.


Someone can help how to turn on the ignition and flash this fem on bench?

got a problem trying to install VVDI2.exe on my laptop (win7 64bit), I've tryed with last installer v669 and with v668 but got always same result, when I launch installer, it stuck with 0% forever in the progress bar...

Done with and without admin rights, but always same prb.
Looking on some youtube videos i've notice that it should start installing ftdi drivers, but mine doesn't...

nope, it's an hp elitebook 8470p, and i figured out the reason of all my problems: got a virus who ruined windows installer application, then i couldn't install anything else on my laptop, i had to format it and make a new win installation. i hate win!
