Try disconnect the car battery and reconnect again after a few minutes!

I tried to read the pin with vvdi2, I have read the pin and sc from ECU. With the pin I try to learn new key, vvdi2 reported that the key is learned but the car is not starting, after that I try to add new key with vcds but vcds reprted that the pin is not correct. Any help is much appreciated!

You make TP22 first ?
And only use PIN ?

Sure you read the exactly right number on the engine ECU ?
Try to read Km at the same time. And compare with what cluster says.

It might need precoding with 7bytes, you only get 6 out of the engine ECU.
So the last pair could be a hazzle to sort out.

Could it be more a Ford part this one. Not the usual look of a VAG cluster.

Alhambra is like Sharan, it should be transponder pcf7935 prepared as VW ID44.

This is what the list says:
SEAT ALHAMBRA 2000-2003 PHILIPS Crypto ID44 PCF7935AS (VAG precoded)
SEAT ALHAMBRA 2003-2006 Crypto 48 ID48
SEAT ALHAMBRA 2006-2010 MEGAMOS Crypto-SEAT precoded TP22

Check you VIN production date of the vehicle.

You must test in VCDS if key is accepted - mod25,mea_block08, then chose block_001. This will tell you if key is accepted, to be programmed.
With ordinary TP22 or precoded as well.

And off course PIN needs to be accepted.
And also check lock time. If so, might need to stay with ignition ON. Connected to a charger quite a long time. To count down the minutes. This is visible in VCDS.
