Samic, Opel - Immo 2,
created the chip, but the car did not take the chip, and even tried to set by OPCOM says invalid chip.
A bug in the programming.

Immo 2 I tried and writes but but when read chip on Zedbull still shows as "BLANK 7935". So seems they have a bug in IMMO 2. When I do it with EFFI works 100%.

Hi there guys and Hi SAMIC.

I have a problem here on VVDI 2 with making transponder for Mercedes A Class W168 with 7935. When I open the 1D69J dump on VVDI it show all key "NOT USE". However customer had keys and lost it. Also on MB Star it show 2 keys registered. When I try to make transponder with VVDI then it writes chip, but car not start and show INVALID chip.
I tried 2 or 3 other dumps and all on VVDI show all keys NOT USE. Only 1 dump show 2 keys but this dump from another vehicle so cannot use here.

Is there some solution to this problem???

I have attached few dumps for you to check. Please help me as it is urgent.

If pcb faulty read old with xprog and copy eprom to the new one.

If motor fault, simply swap the motor, but if it is not burned or heavily weared cleaning and regreasing can do the job

Hi mates i have mini 2012 lost key CAS3+ tried on vvdi2 everthing went ok got ISN from dme and also eeprom from cas and remote programmed successfully but car does not start i did one fault once vvdi asked me wether the car has been start or no i said yes and car has not started yet i thought maybe because of the low battery but i gave power to the battery and tried no joy remote functioning but a yellow key shown on cluster
Any idea i tried sync cas with dme and also cas with elv failed to sync so now what to do any suggestion plz

please try to select blank key position with 7953 transponder,via ISN method make key.

checked the attached dump,from your eeprom cannot find any key info.VVDI2 display is correct.

I did new fresh programming of the key and the car starts thanks samic for ur help

If the remote works, you just need to syncronize the cas with DME. (or ELV dont remeber now)

Try it.

edit: you already tried. Hummmmmm keep trying until sincronize. HOw many times you tried?
