Advice Vauxhall Vectra C 2007 key programming

Hi all

I have a Vectra C to program a remote key to never done one of these before ( I thought they where all in the scrapyard)
Just after a bit of advice is Autel (IM508s) safe by OBD or is it safer to add the key to the Cim

I programed few with FVDI - no problem

read pin - program key

Never tried Autel but must be easy like on Astra H

Programmed many by OBD with AD gear(MVP/Smart Pro). I imagine Autel's procedure is just a copy of a previous tool's one.

done loads with abrites no issues , never tried autel , but if autel can read the pin then it should do it fine

If using autel and fail reading the pin from bcm try to read pin through radio.. had some issues reading pin on Astra H in those years using autel maybe it’s Motorola (not sure) . but AVDI never fail that’s for sure…
