Thanks for replay, We assumed that key was not good but we try aftermarket, regular 8E glass transponder and vvdi super chip but we got same error.

Does anyone experience this bug or issue on VVDI2 when do IMMO4 keyless keys? BTW, this happended me several times and this time got me hard.
At the moment I'm stuck with a 2016 Skoda Yeti with keyless igniton ( IMMO4-kessy)
I've tried to add an aftermarket key ( xhorse ) and the key didnt work somehow, ( wasn able to learn, 1-2 on dash)
Then I decided to teach only the original key back, proceeded VVDI2 says All keys learned successfully, yet on the dash still 0-1 shows.
Obviously now I have left without any working key, Ive tried to learn the original key only several times but dash is always 0-1 , no matter what.
Does anyone have a similar issue, Is there a chance the original key got pooped somehow? or is this a bug in VVDI2?
please comment if you know anything to help me to move forward
Dunno about this, but I hit a Passat B7 Keyless which had all keys filled with FF's and VIN was XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX instead of the real number (though there were no PIN and CS either). Also ECU was impossible to read - it wanted to wait 10 minutes, then another 10 minutes, and another one and so on...
The car was working fine with it's original key and the other day the clients just lost the second key which was also working fine. I'm still waiting for the new keyless key to arrive so I haven't tried any programming yet.
So could be some kind of additional VAG protection in mine and your case (though they are a bit different). I will read ECU directly but still don't know if it will let me complete the programming after key preparation.
But car with keyless system key not in BCM2?
write back the original eeprom and everything will be ok.

You can open dash
read eep save
generate dump for entering service mode, solder back eep
On the bench connected ,enter service mode , write back ori eep from obd
now you can read full immo data . Make temporary transponder id48 .
Now you have one "key " . Mount back every think , now go with that transponder an hold
near the coil give ignition on and continue adding other keys.
