Vw passat 1.6 tdi 105 cv egr off and one big problem

Egr off and one problem if someone have explanation.

After I unlock eeprom 25640 I get one problem... i tried with ori eeprom file, but the same.

If I want to start the car, car does not start first time but in second attempt... This is everytime when I try... I also noticed that engine rpm are higher: 1150-1200...

Did you scanned car before opening ecu? Check ecu pins also

There was no fault on ecu except egr... But I done 6 this ecus without problem and i open it realy carefuly

Minipro eeprom programmer and PcrUnlocker program.

Did you used minipro and pcrunlocker for all 6 ecus? Did you take car for a test? Is all runing good?

Yes. I take car for a test and everything seems ok. Except rpm increased and esp light (In abs chanell I get error (Check engine dtcs),.. I did not touch the flash... I should do egr off, but now I have to solve this problem first. Is there any way of diasabling start stop system in flash and removing this dtcs?

someone will disable dtc about G28 for sure,but in the future if G28 will dead or it have other kind of trouble from wiring ...can you tell as how will start that engine ?

I always check engine rpm in parametres... I just wanna try,..

with cars from customers you cant try some kind of "magic",better are to check that plug/wiring from ecu maybe it have broken one pin when you have replug ecu in car
or that G28 are broken or damage by flywheel

Mihai can have right, better if you check ecu pins and clean connectors
Epprom can't do that's problem, really ! Can forget about it.

I also have this error in abs unit... If start the car, eso light is on, and I can only remove light for one second if I erase fault.
