    Default Opel Insignia 2012 SDM AIRBAG 13588100 - Crush Data

    hello all DK members,

    I need a bit of help clearing this file . i manage to read it without breaking the whole unit by pads with xprog M .

    read and veryfy correct - mask is 3M25J - MC9S12XEQ384_EEE

    Still 3 fault codes and i am unable to erase them:

    B0012-0E - DRIVER AIRBAG SQUIB - NCIRCUIT
    B0015-05 - DRIVER PRETENSIONER CIRCUIT HIGH RESISTANCE
    B001A-OD -DRIVER SEAT BELT PRETENSIONER DEPLOYMENT LOOP 2 - HIGH RESISTANCE

    Can you produce new DTC-s ? For example: disconnect driver airbag and check will you get new DTC?

    i does not register any new code when i unplug any of the airbag - By the way all airbag squib's have been replaced already . it could be only from eeprom . regards and hopfully somebody can help me with this

    Did you try connecting a 2.4 ohm resistor on seat belt or seat belt stalk's plug? To see if you can clear those faults.
    Besides steering airbag fault could be because of clock spring (some call it slip ring). You might wanna have a look on these parts.

    Are you sure that eeprom of this MCU is not 4KB ?

    Xprog it is saying is emulated 4 kb but 2 kb shoud be fine aswell as far as i do some searching on some russian forums.... i will try to put resistors on those 3 fault codes and check after.

    Because essentially you should be able to clear DTC without needing to reprogram this module.
