means that FLASH or/MPC are faulty

better to make direct job on chip (dessolder and solder) an try to recover manually

if both ECU's are same SW you can try to put only eprom content

    mpc id ok,
assume flash faulty, or chip faulty
i already looked at eeprom on reverse, seems i need to desolder the capacitator and plastic pack with legs to gain access to eeprom,.
and pins are soldered both sides of board,
so sooner try write dump before major desolder operation, (my soldering not the best)
