HELP PROGRAMMING MAC7131 TIPM

Hi.

Im trying to clone an existing Chrysler TIPM (Totally Integrated Power Module) into a donor used one.
Im using an XPROG and I can read both modules successfully but when I try to program the data, half of it is well written but the second half is bad programed, no matter how many times I try.
But When I try to restore the data to its original state... the programming performs correctly.
I mean, the MCU seems to accept only its old original data, but not a new one.
Do you know if Im missing something... These two modules have the same part number so I dont want to change the flash, only the data... but is it necessary to change the flash also? any way to blank it?

your freescale mcu are with security byt activated !
read flash and shadow area and save it,if already you have same it just Erase your mcu and first you have write the flash and after the shadow memory
