V5S TUNER PROBLEM

I have a couple of these. 1 has just lost it signal strength 5%. I have re installed from scratch but cannot get any channels to load. I have put it on the same feed as the one that is working but no joy. Is there a common Tuner fault with this box. or could I have done something stupid. Sat is ticked - channel list is in place etc but blind scan brings up nothing. Thanks in advance. Jeff

Is the dish wire going into the lnb in or in the loop
