so i have these tools to attach to the regular size eeprom but i cant latch on to this smaller chip can anyone point me in the right direction?

Trace it on board and solder...take it out and read /write on tssop board..or get micro grabbers.

UPA USB have adapter for solder on it. If you have copy or ori programmer, you have it adapter.
