A3 8P cruise control problem

Hello!
Im not sure about where i may ask this, please remove if not good here, so....

I bought an Audi A3 ( 2004 3.2 V6) with cruise control installed but its not working ( its built into the turn signal arm).
The steering electronic is a matching one to this type of cruise control, the wire is installed between the steering electronics and ECU, and its enabled in both.
Brake switch is brand new, i changed it because it was faulty, but CSS still not working, i tried to change the CSS arm itself, problem is the same.

In VCDS measuring blocks i see every pedal positions and buttons correctly, except this:
When i switch on the CSS i see in the last block 1000001, not 00000011. When i switch to cancel, it seems as 10000011, so i think here is the problem, but i cannot figure it out what it means.
