Your msg is very weird...

Better use some knowig tools ex Ksuite tools it's doing that ECU and many many more.
Price is classified so i think will be expensive, better chose better tools with suport.

ford cargo its an small truck, and I think not bad with cummins engine .

you only can read from obd with cummins tool, ktag support but need open , in cm570 ,cm875 ecm series .

i use this flasher for iveco, new holland and ford truck. you can read/write full flash with obd port. if you think use for ford truck; -you can change or delete speed limit -oil service / dtc / adblue reset
