Can someone explain to me what is the difference between the X-100 and the X-300M? For odometer adjustment only.

different housing and x100pro updates are stopped because obdstar wanted to sell a same tool with newer cars, x300m. But x300m updates are also stopped because obdstar want to sell another tool.

Newest is X300 DP Plus ~ 1650 $$.

I would never buy again any obdstar tool, because their politics of stopping updates on tools that are only 2-3 years old, forcing you to buy another tool, then another tool... There are other producers around.

OBDstar even disable options that worked before to sell new tools (x100pro porsche panamera for example)

I have both!
And if talk only about odo , no different's both is same.
Different if only like x100 have key programming function that's all.

After 2016 is the full lcd. You can do these with the x300 dp plus but not always with the x300m

Yh theres 5 settings in the range rover sport section on the x300dp plus.

Another month, another new post on the OBDSTAR website and still no update for the X300m.

That together with the price dropping to ~180 GBP makes it look like the X300m is dead.

Never mind, i'll keep it in the toolbox for MQB and not buy OBDSTAR again.

After six months from the date of purchase of the X300M device, updates stopped.
SMP7 doesn't answer my questions.
I will never buy OBDSTAR products again, they are scammers. I do not recommend this company to anyone!
Disgusting when they treat users like that. Exactly this situation was previously with the X-100 PRO.
