try emailing them with the problem, make and year of vehicle.
when i had vehicles missing after last update they responded next day with usual reply about working on it etc.
then for next few days i kept getting optimised updates and all missing vehicle back. there excuse was they had removed vehicles they felt were not working correctly, (my guess the people writing the programs didnt include them by accident)

also find now the auto select in the menus is a bit hit and miss, some makes it finds the model and dash straight away, other times i have to go into the menu and manually select the model and year, maybe a bit glitchy but still a good back up unit.
